Hello! My name is Hope.

As a Northern Colorado native, I aim to deliver the highest standard of service, which I would expect from any local business. I take pride in the quality of my cleaning work and cherish the feedback from clients and their employees who express their appreciation and admiration for the attention to detail I bring to each cleaning session. I never cut corners, and I always stand by my work. If you're not satisfied with the results, I will return and ensure it meets your expectations.

While working in a bustling office, I realized the necessity of a reliable commercial cleaning service. The cleaner's work ethic was unsatisfactory, prompting me to personally ensure our building was properly cleaned whenever necessary. This marked the start of my venture into commercial cleaning, a field I've been part of for the last five years. Prior to this, I had ample practice managing a household with four children, often tidying up the whirlwinds of chaos they left in their wake!

What began as Cleaning with Klaas has grown to include two sister companies, each focused on the specialized services I provide. After expanding into subcontractor post-construction cleaning, I founded Commercial Cleaning with Klaas, LLC. Most recently, I launched 1st Klaas Property Services to meet the broad range of make-ready needs for property owners and managers.

I provide reliable support and peace of mind throughout the rental property turnover process—from sourcing quality, approved trades to completing detailed deep cleans and delivering a truly rent-ready property. With experience, dedication, and attention to detail, I am committed to helping owners present exceptional properties exactly when they need them.

My goal is to be the final search for a dependable and trustworthy cleaner for your business or home, aiming to build a respectable relationship, whether you require ongoing services or a single cleanup. I aspire to be the cleaner you recommend to friends and family after witnessing my commitment to maintaining your property. Delivering exceptional service is my objective, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

In addition to my cleaning services, I offer my passion and expertise in Feng Shui to transform any space. This ancient practice is a valuable investment for those seeking to enhance their environment with positive energy and abundance.

If you ever have any questions, concerns, or referrals, I'd love to hear from you!

In Service,

Hope Klaas
